Somewhat surprisingly, San Francisco, which ranks 10th in overall size, is home to the highest average assistant property manager salary in the country. If you work as a property manager and are looking to relocate, you might want to avoid the Lone Star state. All 3 major cities in Texas fall in the bottom half of the list with Houston and Dallas both in the bottom 5 nationally for average assistant property manager salaries.
